You might not be eating enough or you are eating the wrong kind of foods.... I go up and down one week I will lose 3lbs then the next week I wont lose any... Sometimes you might need to eat a lot of calories to shock your system.. I have notice that with my body,, Hope this was helpful

If you like Mello Yello they have one Zero calories now and it is good....I went strictly from soda to just flavor water then to just water but need something different so now I drink Coke Zero or Mello Yello Zero because I could never drink Diet soda they are so nasty ....

I eat some of the calories back if I'm hungry but other than that I do at least try to eat at least 1200 calories a day so my body wont go into starvation mode...I am down 55 and I eat what I want so I do deprive myself and then pig out on junk food
