Thats why I workout at home....at least 30 min./day. After a month I am already getting toned, losing inches and lost 11 lbs. Find a way......... not an excuse why you can't and you'll be happy and have more energy.

I am a huge fan of eggs......Fast, easy and full of protein. And I eat the yolks and all (I hear all the gasps now lol). My personal favorite is chopping up a jalepeno tossing it in a pan and adding scrambled eggs yum!!!

Sometimes I eat half my exercising calories back, sometimes I don't. I also don't add up every little calorie I burn. If I clean my house for 3 hrs...........guess what I have a clean house. What floors me when they put on the box..... only let's say 100 calories per serving then a serving is 3 crackers lol. Drives me nuts likes that a realistic serving size...........forget it!!!

I have to add I do all my workouts at home so far and I use my Wii for my cardio love the Just Dance 2 and the MY Shape by Jenny McCarthy workout game.

Fast paced and upbeat music works for me.......If you have an IPOD or MP3 player use those to your advantage. Music just makes ya want to get up and move or it does me anyway.

I would absolutely go with the HRM......I ordered mine last week and thats the whole reason I spent the $109 on it to have a more accurate calorie burn reading. MFP is just a generic number.
