IMO, the earlier in the day your consume your calories, the more time you will have to burn them off before you rest for the night ( which for me is 9-10pm). If you get up late and are active till late in the night, you may be fine with your schedule

I upped my calories from 12-1300 to 1600 this week as well. I have gained 3 pounds. But no worries..I guess its my body adjusting to the extra calories. I need to reduce my carbs and up my protein now..

I need to add protein to my diet as well. And I have the same problem as you. If I have a protein bar, I just don't feel hungry and can't meet my calorie goal for the day. any thoughts any one?

My TDEE is about 2000. I feel full with with what I eat. I am a bit afraid to eat more in case my weight goes up more. Can you share how long it took you to loose your weight?

1300- 1400 per day. I am not starving myself. This has always been my normal diet. I don't eat junk foods. I was never overweight before. I lost all weight after my first pregnancy. Its the second time that I am struggling...
