What is the best way to add protein to a veg diet?
I have 35% goal of protein and I have find myself missing it. Any suggestions on quick protein adds. I already have a protein bar (10g) added to my daily snack. I am not sure if I should go to the 20 g bar. One it makes me feel very full. Second most of these cars ar 300 calories + with lots of sugar. Any other ideas?

Shoulder Trapezius pain and worout
I hurt my shoulder last Tuesday in the bootcamp and I haven't worked out since then. The muscle is still very sore. I am tempted to not work out till it gets better ( prevention is better than cure). Just upped my calories and now I feel more humgry
I was eating 1300-1400 per day and exercising 3x a week. I didn' lose any weight. After reading on MFP, I upped my calories this week to 1654 (TDEE- 20%)and a few 100 more on the days I work out.
