Welcome!!!! I have about 125 more to lose... feels overwhelming when I think of it in one big chunk! I've decided that I need to not take it by pounds but look at it like what am I going to do TODAY to be healthy and go from there... so far that is working :)

I hear ya... This is an uphill battle. I've lost about 50 lbs and then flaked! I didn't gain but I wasted months not focusing on my goal and we'll I need to get back at it and get rid of this weight!!!!!!

I budget 50 bucks per week - not always easy (for 2). He spends too much on beer and processed lunches (I refuse to buy that crap)

oh I didn't even realize that option! I just always guess with the choices that come up - I set my daily calorie intake lower because I know that I am eating more calories than mfp states...

I finally just bit the bullet and talked to my doctor about my depression. She ended up diagnosing me as bi-polar. It really was hard to hear that I was 'crazy.' HOWEVER, I feel SO MUCH BETTER with my new meds. Yes I do get very drowsy when I take them, I just take them a half an hour before I want to fall asleep.

I have that problem too sometimes IF I don't eat enough protein at breakfast. Try an egg over toast with coffee or 2 eggs with a little feta (no toast). I try to keep my breakfast in the 300 cal range. That usually sets my day off to a good start - I am able to make better food choices throughout the day.

Greek yogurt, eggs, chicken stirfry for lunch with no rice - seriously so good.. just some frozen veggies, half chicken vbreast sauted with some hoison sauce and that is lunch for a few days - go to for sure!

I know how you feel... I bit the bullet and returned last night. Today my arms are sore from weightlifting but I feel much better about going! If I can do it - anyone can. Hang in there!
