Wow - what an awesome 43 days it has been. I am feeling like I can finally control myself with food - exercise hasn't been as regular as it could be... not that I am SUPER busy - just always seem to find excuses to not go. I want to send a HUGE thankyou to MFP for helping me with my weight loss. I am going to weigh myself tonight or tomorrow and see how much I have lost

you go girl! i am on 43 days too. i lost 24 pounds! i feel like i am on the roll! got way more energy. about to start strength training. i bet we can double that 43 day streak. 0
