  • I know how to cook but it's harder to count the calories so I was looking for a way to have be exact calories and try that for a while and see if it helps me more with losing weight. Plus I like that they have low calories so if I have one for lunch and I make a bigger dinner the calories even out.
  • It's not that I'm not able to lose weight. When I actually count calories and exercise I was losing weight but like I said if I went out to a party or a restaurant I would gain and it would take a good 1-2 weeks just to get those pounds off.
  • But I haven't been watching what I've been eating for the past 3 weeks. I've been going out to restaurants, eating whatever snacks I've wanted. I've been drinking soda and juices. When I watch what I eat and count calories I only drink water.
  • A while ago I found a website that someone made where they actually did workout videos and posted how many calories they burned. I don't remember what the website was but you could try doing a Google search for it.
  • The containers are good for measuring purposes the green and purple are equal to 1 cup, the yellow is a 1/2 cup. I've used the containers and was able to log it here with the amounts like 1 cup of carrots or a 1/2 cup of corn. The containers are supposed to let you not worry about counting the calories. I don't know how…
  • There's a cardio with no weights, upper body, lower body, total cardio with weights, yoga and Pilates. Those are all 30 min and there's a 10 min ab video.
  • I did the 21 day fix- not extreme. I liked it. I did two rounds and lost about 10lbs. I probably could have gotten better results but I had a couple parties that I went to during the two rounds I did so those days were kind of a waste for diet and exercising. I like the workout videos too.
  • Wouldn't eating back all the exercise calories kind of defeat the purpose of exercising and cancel each other out?
  • Usually on the days I use the elliptical I'll do around 45 min on the eliptical and then do either a 30 min workout video or I have another one that's a 10 min abs video.
  • I have an elliptical which has a calorie counter on it and I also have a polar heart rate watch which gives me my calories that I burned when I use exercise videos so I have a good idea of how many I burn. Someday I'll just go for maybe a walk and not burn as many calories but some days I'll use the elliptical and maybe 1…
  • I have the polar FT4 HRM that I use while exercising and I log my food on here everyday. I'm just not sure how much I should be eating based on my activity level. At sedentary it says I should have an intake of 1690 and lightly active 1900 calories. I know it's not good to have too much of a deficit. If I'm only eating…
