I started yesterday and let me tell you it was no joke ! I did alot of research on it and looked up alot of befor and after pics on google and youtube! From what I saw I would say it really works. also you can watch the workout video for free on youtube! you will need to get 3 or 5 lb weights and you'll be good to go!!!
