Another 30 day shred question....

Are you supposed to do Level 1 for 10 days straight with no rest days and then move on to Level 2 for 10 days etc....? Or do you do 2 days on and one day off one something like that?

    your suppose to do all 10 days no skips ect.

    Yes - but a lot of people add rest days and just take longer than 30 days. I took one day off during level 1 and a day off between level 1 and 2. Some people do one day on and one day off... or you can go 30 days straight.
