  • I am starting another round of JMBR today (May 19th). I want to lose 20 pounds. Can't wait - love, love, love JMBR! This is my favorite program.
  • Hi all, I am a runner and have done a good number of workout programs including P90X3, Jillians Body Revolution, Focus T25 and the 21 Day Fix. After my half marathon in May I'm going to be starting my first round of Insanity and I'm kind of scared. I've heard stories of how killer hard it is. Any advice?
  • I ordered the 21 day fix and will be starting on the 16th or 17th.
  • I love Kickbox Fastfix!!! Great cardio workouts! I did that one in place of cardio one day. Another great, but long, cardio dvd is Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.
  • Thanks for the add! It's always nice to have support from others who are also going through JMBR. The running man is HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!! :) I plan on subbing some T25 workouts along with running and even Zumba for my cardio days. Good luck with your races - you're going to do amazing!! Registration opens in…
  • I completed 1 round of JMBR last fall and then did Focus T25, along with training for my first half marathon. I just started my 2nd round of JMBR this past Friday. Today was W1D4, workout 1. I'm subbing her cardio 1 workout for one of my Focus T25 workouts or running or another Jillian workout.
  • I totally agree with you about the running man being harder the 2nd time around!! I completed JBMR last fall and just started my 2nd round this morning, with the kick start program. For some reason I could only make it about 30-35 seconds for the running man, then I had to modify. I still hate that move! I'm thinking about…
  • I completed JMBR last September and had good results. I restarted JMBR this morning with Phase 1, Workout 1 and Cardio 1. I burned 640 calories in 59 minutes. I'm pretty happy with the calorie burn. I'm looking to lose about 15 pounds and tone up. This time I'm doing the kick start week, even though I do not care for…
  • I have a Polar FT4 heart rate monitor/watch so I put my calories in that way. I just finished Week 6 yesterday and have lost 5.5 pounds and almost 6 inches overall. Beta is a lot harder than Alpha, so be prepared. It's nice to have weights added in Beta though. Weight training is one thing I really missed in the Alpha…
  • I'm 5'3" and am currently 132.0. My goal is to get back down to 125.
  • I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 134. My heaviest I was at 148 and my goal weight is 119 (dream weight!). I started Focus T25 on Sunday and am hoping that doing that, along with running, will help me reach my goal.
  • I would like to be a part of the group, too. My copy of T25 is on its way - can't wait! This will be my first Shaun T workout, hope I'm ready! It looks hard, but it's only for 25 minutes 5 days a week.
  • I did NMTZ yesterday and am sore!!! I have been training for my first half, but wanted to also get some weight training into my workout routine, so decided to start with this dvd. I'm a huge fan of Jillian and have all of her workout dvds. Didn't realize that I'd be so sore today. But at least it's a good sore, though!
  • That's great!!
  • I completed Phase 1 of Body Revolution today (as today is my rest day). I start Phase 2 tomorrow (Saturday). I am 5'3" and 130 pounds now. I started at 134.4. So in the first month I lost about 4-4.5 pounds. Not too bad over all. I love the program so far. The first month was a challenge at times. I am kinda nervous about…
