Missed the last two days so my plan is to double up tonight and tomorrow to make up for it. Rough week but still liking this workout and hoping to see results on the weigh-in Saturday.

I am one day behind. My dad was checked back into the hospital and I missed Wednesday. Day 2 done and I have to say Speed 1.0 I actually enjoyed. It still gave me a great workout but I struggled way more with the cardio routine. Same again but I am seeing some difference in how my clothes fit so not too worried.

No loss but not gain and I have been doing a lot of strength training so it might be another couple weeks before I start losing again.

Down 3.2 pounds but I am thinking that was a lot of water weight. I am committing to 30 days of consecutive workouts to keep the momentum going. I also need to work on my weekend willpower. I did great Saturday but was a little disappointed with myself on Sunday.

No loss but, honestly, happy there was no gain either. Shooting for 1.5 pounds for the next two weeks to make up for it. Time to hit the gym double time.
