I've done it. It was brilliant ans kept me going due to the fact I didn't get bored and it helps you form a routine. I was really pleased with my results :)

I think how much you poop shouldn't matter. As long as your poop is healthy (not rock hard, or super watery)

Hi. I'm a student midwife and I always take a packed lunch. Also I don't take extra food, cause if it's there with me I WILL eat it. I've got the book on it from amazon and its great. It gives ideas of what to eat and what kinds of food are better to eat.

Don't think, just do. I'm on level 3 and have one day left. I have found that my fitness has improved, I no longer get sore muscles from exercising and have definitely seen results. You don't really need much space to do it it. I haven't followed any fitness plan, I've just made sure I'm in a calorie deficit and avoided…

One of my rules is 'if it comes in a box or packet it should probably stay there'. Obviously this doesn't mean EVERYTHING, but I try stick to fresh foods and add fruit or veg to every meal if I can.

I've found 30DS is better for toning than losing weight but that's just for me, personally.
