I am trying to log everything, it is helping me control what I eat and reduce my sweets. I am just starting out so for now I need to log everything to work on creating more positive eating habits and by logging everything I can see what habits I have and move forward from there.

I am also wanting to start a family and I would like to be able to play with my kids and I have also been told it will be easier for me to get pregnant if I loose weight so it is giving me an additional piece of motivation.
