  • I also have both PiYo and T25! I am concentrating mostly on T25 right now. I had hit a plateau in my weight loss and fitness journey and felt like T25 was the better route for kicking myself out of the rut. I mix in PiYo on days when I want more stretching, but I am planning on saving the full PiYo calendar for once I…
  • Trust your body and your instincts. I still modify 25-50% of the time more than halfway through Alpha, so I am thinking I will repeat Alpha cycle before moving on to Beta. I'm still seeing great results so I'm not concerned that repeating Alpha will prevent progress. I would try adding additional Alpha weeks and…
  • I would recommend reading some of the posts higher up on this page, about not feeling like you absolutely have to stick to the workout calendar. I am more than halfway through T25 Alpha and am already planning to repeat Alpha before moving on to Beta. I'm still finding that I need to modify about 50% of the time, and I…
  • YES to both of these! I had TBC today and it KILLED ME as per usual... I won't be moving on to Beta until I can nail that workout while ignoring Tania the entire time. I give my challenge group members the same advice!
  • Some of the workouts incorporate jumping, but there's always a modifier available to follow. For context, I had knee realignment surgery a few years back and always worry about this, but I find T25 very accessible for me. I do have to follow the modifier at times, but it's usually based more on how tired I'm feeling on a…
  • If you feel like you need a lot of help cleaning up your diet, 21 Day Fix is the way to go. That program focuses far more on the nutrition side than on the exercise component, though it does include workouts. T25 is an excellent all-around program. It combines cardio and strength training, and it is convenient to build…
  • I wanted to integrate at home workouts into my routine and I liked that T25 was so short -- I do them in the morning before leaving for work. It's definitely helped with my energy levels and I feel better about my 9-5 desk job knowing I've already gotten in a good burn. I'm halfway through the Alpha phase. Different…
  • Stop relying solely on the scale! Muscle is denser than fat -- so if you're converting fat to muscle, your measurements will go down but the scale may not necessarily change. For instance -- in three weeks of doing T25 workouts, my weight did not change at all but I lost 6" overall. Measure, measure, measure!
  • I never have time for breakfast. Eggs and oatmeal and all that good stuff... it's not something I have time for in the morning when it sometimes takes all I can do to get out the door! But I definitely think it negatively impacted my overall energy and affected how I ate the rest of the day. I do shakes for breakfast now…
