Yep, drives me crazy too & makes me feel like a fatty! So many better things to think about and all my brain wants to focus on is food! I love food! Love to cook and eat which makes this harder than it needs to be sometimes!

Honestly, I don't even know anymore. My goal was to stick with one for at least a month at a time to see if anything changed. And that was after my 1st 2months solid of a plateau. But I have pretty much stuck with the same plan for the last 2months

I know how ya feel! I started at 215 and am now down to 170 but have been on a plateau for months now. Would really like to get to 130 as well and not willing to quit and go back to the way I was nor am I willing to stay the same as I am now. I do wear a heart rate monitor to track my calorie burn. And I may not be eating enough because 1200calories is what I eat and then I burn about 500calories at the end of the day after all food has been consumed for the day. I never find myself feeling hungry though. But I have also upped my calories to about 1700 per day…

My Dr just prescribed it to me since nothing else was no longer working. Today is only day two for me taking it. I also workout 6-7 days a week for 90-120min a day. Burning a minimum of 500 calories doing P90X, 10min Trainer, Biggest Loser and any outdoor activites possible like walking & yardwork and have recently become a huge fan of roller skating

Between Apr 2 and May 2 I lost about 9in and 1% Body Fat. But since May 2, No inches or body fat and since April 2, only the 2.4lbs. And I get anywhere from 7-10hrs of sleep per night

I also take plenty of vitamins, drink 64+oz water daily & make sure I get enough Protein & Fiber daily.

My daughter had the same issues. She has to take Miralax & Mineral Oil everyday. After that and lots of enemas and suppositories and a change in her diet, she is finally no longer backed up. Its miserable seeing her in pain like that so I can kinda understand how your feeling. Hope they get it figured out and taken care of…

I only count water as water. Anything added to it, Crystal Light or whatever, I don't count as water and include that in my calorie tracker. So just strictly count water as water, nothing more
