weave, adjust the sizing, or change the design of the shirt so it could look different and fit. I can't afford new clothes, so I just make the new out of my old material shirts,pants,and so on.

Oh I will. I can finally ride some rides with my daughter this time, and it be the last time in years that we will go. You know they have up the tickets to $100 a person!

I know that I will be on my feet all day noon - midnight, but I am just very cautious in what I eat even when active. I won't even be able to know the nutrition information as Disney says they have no information on nutrition from their foods. So, I guess I can have a cheat day. :P Thank you bunches !

Where do you get Dymatize Elite XT ? I just haven't found the right peanut butter as I am a bit picky on the sugar & calories it contains. I love peanut butter so much though.

I was thinking of mixing it up by using a bicycle machine,treadmill, and do some weight-lifting. 3x a week, and the other 3 days for upper weight-lifting. I 've lost a lot of weight, but need to build muscle,strength,and tone my excess skin.

I honestly drink the cream soda flavor and cherry cola flavor, but from my friends they say that you can't tell a difference from the flavors to the other brands . My friend said that the mountain dew flavor is pretty good.

I drink diet sodas all the time, but the brand I get is called Zevia. It has 15 different flavors and no added artificial sweeteners, and other bad ingredients. forgot to mention that there is no aspartame in it if your worried about that.

Thank you so much. I scare myself in the mirror all the time now, but I love how I can fit my old junior clothes. I started my weight lost in August 2012 at 320, but I stop in Oct at 290, and then restarted in Jan 2013 at 297lb. I've lost 61lb this year.

I believe that cheat days help us in two ways. We get to relax and trigger our body to work hardier to burn the calories we eat on cheat days, and I have lost 60lb in 5 months with having one cheat day every other week.
