  • Went to see 'The Greatest Showman' for the third time with my kids and we were singing the whole way home.
  • Temporary
  • I agree w RunRachelle, it sounds like she's having her own troubles and may be looking to you for support this time. It doesn't sound like she is in a good enough place to be complimentary to anyone. Is her husband doing the same to her that yours husband did to you? Maybe hes asking for the cookies and its her way of not…
  • Hi - I tried to join but got a red bar above my message saying I had to be accepted (which is what I was trying to do). Hopefully it went through. Thanks!!
  • Sorry all, another zero day for me. Got a steroid shot today at the doc and some antibiotics, so hopefully will turn this around soon, but still feeling like crud. I will get the dance done, just no energy right now.
  • All, I'm sorry, I got sick Sunday evening and am just now starting to feel human. I will check in tomorrow. Sorry about the timing.
  • OK, I don't do Greek food- so what exactly do I have to do for the dance? I can do it, but am a bit leary of actually posting it to the internet. I want to support the team, but . . . Help?
  • OK, I want to do the dumbbell challenge, but doing the pre-assessment push-ups has set my knees back, so I can't do those on day 3. Can I switch the push-ups for flat bench press? Works the same area (chest). Yes? No? (What I really want to know is if I can count it for the team, I'm going to do it anyway just for me).…
  • Wow sounds like every one is doing great already! Welcome Bri, I haven't done a challenge in a while but they're good for keeping you focused and this one sounds like great fun too! I did good today, we went to chinese and no rice or noodles made it onto my plate. I'm getting better.
  • I'm so excited!! Hi everyone, I'm Judy, I have three kids and in June I'm going to be a grandmother!! That has definitely motivated me to get serious about this weight loss. I started this year at 294, as of this morning I'm at 277. I've been faithfully writing down what I eat, and I'm trying to be more active. At work I…
  • ok - I can be taught! I want to join - please add me to a team. Thanks!!!!
  • I'm still not listed. Which thread are you talking about? Sorry found it, I read the info about how it worked, just not the last line that said let me know here :* I've now added my name to that thread. Sorry! Thanks!
  • Add me, add me! Thank you!
  • Hi, I'm Judy. I've done the roller coaster up and down, but something clicked and I'm really paying attention to what I eat and trying to get to the gym even if it's only for 5 minutes on the bike to help keep my knees good. I've gone almost a month with no anti-inflammatory drugs, so between being more active and losing…
  • ok - I can't get to the spreadsheet. I was trying to get to my daughters last night in order to try on her computer but ended up working too late. Help? Starting weight Tuesday 277.8 Goal 265
  • Not sure what my goal will be other than to get out and bike! I am doing the exercise bike at work (between 5 & 10 minutes a day so that I don't smell up the office) and I just bought a bike to go riding with my husband. . . will keep you posted! Happy cycling!
  • oooh - I'm going to do this.
  • Chicken Fajita's - easy to make in crock pot, has veggies and can eat alone or on tortilla's. Someone else brings the cheese/sour cream/avacado, etc.
  • I like animal crackers - they have a slight sweetness to them that usually satisfies me.
  • Course chop a few cranberries and freeze them flat, then put them in a bag to store in the freezer. I drop a few in my water with the lemon when I want something a bit different. Or add a dash of cranberry juice (1Tablespoon) if you have the calories. I love lemon in my water and haven't gotten sick of it yet. Good Luck!
  • And check out fleet feet (target shopping center near Grissom high school). Great shoes and they have a lot of running groups. And you'll love our Greenway here. Welcome!
  • My brother was one of those - till he had his back operation around 35. Then he gained 30 pounds. My son is like that - eats and eats and bounces between the same skinny 5 pounds. He's a gamer, so not as much exercise as he should have, and snacks on soda and chips. Good thing I love him. I do make him aware of nutrition,…
  • Log everything (even WW tells you that). I sent you the formula for the new points plus via e-mail in case you want to see how they compare. I've found even with the free fruit, I'm still within my MFP macro's. And if I'm not, I needed that snack and it's as healthy as I can get so I don't beat myself up. Good Luck!
  • I actually LOVE LOVE LOVE their sugar free raspberry vinaigrette. Haven't tried their other products. But even though they might be calorie free, a lot of times they include ingredients you should limit and just because it says 0 for one serving, it does not mean it is 0 for 20 servings. I don't see any issues with them as…
  • I've never heard of Phentermine before today, but if it's goal is to curb your hunger you might consider acupuncture. A friend of mine did it years ago and said she had to remind herself to eat and that eating a simple boiled egg made her feel like she finished a thanksgiving meal. Just wanted to point out there are other…
  • Too funny!!!!!
  • I go to the fitness center at the local university (I'm 100 lbs overweight). Believe it or not, there are all sizes/ages. They gave me a free workout routine, walked me through it once and then I was on my own. I just go, do my thing and leave Nobody ever gave me any looks, a lot just smile and say hi. Agree with another…
  • First off - you're still loosing, so you're going in the right direction! Have you seen the movie Hidalgo? Kind of reminds me of weight loss, the horses all start of running but very quickly slow to a walk, because it's a long distance race and you can't run the whole way. You started your first 90 days fast and it it…
  • Wow - you are such a beautiful woman! Even before the weight loss. But you can see how much healthier and happier you look now (and darn you - you're still beautiful). Your daughter will have you with her for a long long time. Congratulations, all the hard work definitely paid off!
