You notice when your pants get loose and you go down a size (happens to me every 10-15 pounds). I tended to wear skirts, which kind of helped me become overweight without realizing it because they stretch. I've found that it is good to have at least a couple pairs of non stretchy pants that fit perfect all the time, and…

Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Planned my day so I could fit in a high calorie dinner What would I have done differently? Nothing What are today's personal goals? Stay under my calories and exercise (done) GW at the end…

I am so annoyed with the genderization of toys. If he wants a doll house, get him one. If you have to find one that isn't so "girly" look for classic wooden ones.

Don't think that if no one says anything that no one noticed. Many people won't mention it because they are trying to be polite. Either that, or they are like me and just don't notice things like that. It tends to take me a week to notice my husband shaved his goatee off, lol.

Several options for the future: - eat smaller meals so you can have a substantial snack - make sure you eat a balanced diet including fat, protein, and carbs - prepare extremely low calorie snacks like celery sticks for afternoon munchies...always have these snacks so you can stay away from the higher calorie temptations -…

I wouldn't know where to start either! If I want to know more about a character's backstory, I Google them :)

Let myself have that extra waffle...I'm working on not limiting myself out of habit when it isn't necessary. What would I have done differently? Brought some salad for lunch What are…

I think it's funny that people say a 300 calorie meal doesn't exist, as most of my meals average around that. Then again, I have five meals a day at 250-400 calories each.

I took a week off from checking in, but did great with my calorie goals last week. I had strep throat and didn't exercise all week. I'm getting back on track for exercise this week! Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got on…

My biggest problem is remembering my new size when I'm shopping. I find myself looking at the bigger sizes still and wasting time.
-
Nope, I don't find it annoying. I use the app. I log ahead if I know what I'm eating later so I know how many calories I have left for other meals and snacks.

I am 37, 5'7" and started in January at 198. I am now almost to a healthy weight. Feel free to add me! I suggest getting off fad diets and committing to a lifestyle change. Eat healthy, but don't deprive yourself of the foods you love. Portion control and logging calories accurately has been key for me.

That isn't always the case. MFP had me at below my BMR, and I ultimately stalled for over a month. I increased my calories and started losing again.

I'm checking back in after a little over a week of increasing my calories and changing up my exercise as described above. The scale finally moved! I have lost 1.6 pounds!!!!
-
Yep, friends are like cheerleaders whenever MFP posts that you exercised or were under your calorie goal for the day. I like it.

I am a nerd today because my son knows more about Captain America and Thor than he does about real life important people (but what fun are they anyway?).

OMG, I am late to the Doctor Who party and just saw that episode from Season One the other day. I think it is the creepiest one yet! Love it!!!

Hello, Sunshine here! My super power is being able to spot cat whiskers on the floor. My husband is collecting them, but I don't know what for....hmm...
