I used to record it only if I weigh that way for two days in a row, but now I record it as soon as I hit the new low. If my weight goes up to a consistent number for a couple weeks I adjust it back to that.

I don't see anything in your food diary, but if you have been binging on fast food or food high in sugar, it can really make you feel bad. Try to make sure you get a balanced diet with fruits and veggies.

Unless you are diabetic, don't worry about going over on sugar. You can easily go over by eating fruits and veggies because of their natural sugar. Just try to avoid large amounts of added sweeteners.

Goal update- I was six pounds away from my goal at the end. I stalled for over a month and currently trying to figure out how to get the scale to move again!

I log ahead, and make an allowance for a big snack in the evening (usually a big bowl of popcorn with butter). I also don't keep "trigger" binging foods in the house if I know I can't control myself.
