Ha! I just posted to find friends who are in the final stretch, and may have an uncooperative scale like mine. Here you all are! My scale had been bouncing around the same 2-3 pounds for the last month. I'm changing my exercise slightly to see if that helps.

Veggies have calories, so I log them. I'm not overly concerned with getting the serving size correct with low cal things like lettuce and celery, though.

Do NOT take laxatives if you are recovering from an eating disorder! Drink fruit juices and eat prunes. Go for a long slow walk. Avoid bananas, cheese, and apples.

Do what works for you! I would highly recommend logging in every day for a couple of weeks just to see if your progress increases. It can't hurt to test different methods :)

It was to fit in my size 12 jeans, but I am wearing them today for the first time. So, I want to fit in all my size 12 pants by the end of the year.. and maybe even go for size 10!

I love breakfast for dinner too. Oddly, my son has never had pancakes or French toast for breakfast. Someone joked that he was having breakfast for dinner at a restaurant, and he didn't get it. :laugh:

If the doctor says she is in the normal range, leave her be. Making a child weigh in weekly will not only give her a complex, it will probably lead to an eating disorder, depression, and self perception issues.

It appears that you aren't eating enough on the days you log. Sometimes the numbers just don't go down, even though you may be getting leaner and more fit. How are your clothes fitting?
