you should do it! besides not needing a ton of equipment, it is SO FUN and gets your work outs done in half the time of the normal 60 minute dvds... great work outs and if you stck with it you will get great results .. good luck!

it is possibly dehydration.. salt can be a factor too. i am not a doctor, but i am a trainer and have experienced this in the past. be sure to drink lots of water, before during and after your work outs, also if you run keep your hands loose and under your heart, so you are not having your blood fight gravity and pump up…

hard to say.. dont let your knees go -past your toes, put a chair behind you for squats to deepen squat without the fear of falling, cause if you fall.. youll just sit on the chair. it will help your form (you will get lower)and get the pressure off your knees. dont give up on lunges or squats. they are the key to getting…

that is wonderful that you are drinking the water!!!! next time your craving comes (which we all know there is nothing to think about than that craving, at that time!) try and drink a glass of water.. tell yourself you can have the frosting when you are done with another glass of water .. you may fill up and not want it…
