You can lose weight without exercise, but it wont look nice and lean. The 30 DS did amazing for me. I lost like 6 inches...a pant size and 7lbs. It definitely is not a waste. Dont listen to nay-sayers. Some people may think it's whimpy...but it's better than nothing...and losing weight without exercise does not look good.

Yes! I've lost 50lbs and although I went from buying size 18s to size 6-8. I still see myself "big". I guess it's our minds.

Hi there!! I too work full time, and have two little ones 5 year old and a 1 year old. I get home around 630-7. Cook dinner and get the kids in bed by 8:30pm. I start my workout RIGHT after. You've just gotta suck it up and do it! This is all that works for me. I use to say the same thing....there "no time". But -50lbs…

You have to make the decision to do it,instead of thinking of all the reasons you "cant". I'm out of the house at work for around 12 hours every day. I come home around 630pm and cook dinner, do homework with my 5 year old while tending to my 1 year old. I workout every night after the kids are in bed. usually get started…

There are really no words anyone can give for your situation. However, a child doesn't make you "fat" anymore than a cheeseburger does. the end.

You need to eat more. Fuel your body. Exercising for an hour a day...1200 is not enough, up it to 1500 or so and I bet you'll see those results you want
