    Kudos to you!!!! I had a similar experience...last summer, I started walking. Can't do much more than that due to heart and other physical issues, so walking it was! At first, I could only walk maybe halfway down my block, then I'd have to rest for a few minutes before I walked back. I built up to a 2-mile walkaround my neighborhood. Then I stopped for almost a year and have picked it up again. Unfortunately, that stamina I spent 3 months building up is now gone and I've got to start all over again! But I"m not giving up; thank you for reminding me that it CAN, indeed, be done! :-)

    awww im so happy for you!! you can do it! i remember saying i have 100lbs to lose and a few months later i now say i have 50lbs to lose! it gets easier and its so worth it especially to be able to keep up with a child they deserve us to be healthy!
