I have the garmin vivo hr+ but it doesn't do calorie adjustments on MFP. so I have always wondered the similar question..

i only lost ~ 10 lbs but i had to go and buy new bras :( even though it was only one cup, they arnt as plump as they once were heheheh its very unfortunate.

Hi Everyone I'm 23 and a senior university student in Ontario/Alberta (I seem to be moving back and forth a lot). I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs in total. my new fave breakfast is making waffles, pancakes or muffins on sunday, healthy versions and alot of them. each them with yogurt and berries :) if you cant cake then you can buy eggos but be careful and make sure to read the label. lunches, i eat left overs most days. other days i bring a bunch of lame food thats enough to…
