are you toned as well? sounds great I was thinking I needed a gym membership....I did the 30DS on the 2nd round I had to master these moves before I could move on.....I'm so much stronger but not much weight loss... in time I know in time...Congrats on your loss!

I'm also on round 2 of 30DS but I am taking days off :angry: but I'm only doing lvl 2 & lvl 3 15 days each and on the weekends I do them back to back or the boost metabolism dvd....they can say what they want about JM she's works wonders for me:bigsmile: GL

That' what I do....I set small monthly goals for myself when I first started it was drinking more water daily then when I conqured that I moved onto other things - mainly things that would get me to the next step of weight loss.....GL

I just add water.... I don't really include the seltzer or sparkling water I consume because by that time I'm way over with the "recommended amount".....as long as I have at least 10 or more cups a day

Yeah I lost 3.5lbs but 8 inches which you can see more than the 3.5lbs....I say stick with it and don't expect to lose crazy numbers especially if your only doing 30DS- i paired it with walking/running on the treadmill and I did it for consecutive day missing 2days but completing 30 - I'm on my second round doing level 2 &…

yeah sometimes they don't taste that great but put in things you like maybe some fresh or frozen berries, cinnamin...this morning I had a vanilla protein, coconut milk (unsweetened) cocoa powder (unsweetened) & ice....not great but not too bad either and mentally I felt like I was drinking a chocolate milkshake.....
