yeah I do extra cardio like jump rope just I try to burn like 200 or so cals....when the hrm reaches the 200 I stop...this morning I walk on the treadmilll for my burn - but I think I going to incorporate the px90 ab video every other day it's only 15 min I can work that in during my morning workout

I just started having a protein shake an hour after my morning workout (50g) also I changed some of my snacks - I will have chicken cutlet wrapped in lettuce or just plain - I'm learning as I go - last week I had a "fish week" lunch and dinner but I would say do the protein shake.....

I love my merlot.... but I add it into my dairy and work for it by burning cals before and after - also I will drink lots and lots of water the next day But when I was on vacation I drank vodka and seltzer with lime..... low in cals

I use my treadmill everyday - just about this is what I learned - the calorie count is not accurate at all - you need a heart rate monitor -also you burn more calories doing intervals - I incline at 12 for 3 mins or so then back down to 6 - also when your on a 1 incline is equivalent to walking outside on flat…
