I usually do vodka and seltzer w/ a cherry and lime - but I LOVE my red wine - so I will bust my behind to drink a bottle - yup I said a bottle - the next morning go really hard on the WATER!!!!

I've been getting up at 4:30am and start with a 3 min run on the treadmill 5.0mph the I jump on the 30DS then I run for another 20 mins depending on how many cals I burned - aiming for 400 or better

Funny....I just purchased whole flax seeds but reading and more reading I'm going to purchase the ground flax seed so I can add it to my protein shakes and other food items - really supposed to be good stuff!!!

I'm not sure but I eat like 6 per day - nothing huge but it depends I'm usually a meat and veggie girl so this allows me to eat other things during the day - tonight I'm going to have a weight watcher fudge icecream bar for snack (110 cals) and I also eat my work out calories - so I'm really never hungry....

I have a polar f4... ebay - complete ship 29 it also has a chest strap my work outs have not been the same!!!! I work harder and I eat my calories - but I feel confident!!!!

I have th Biggest Loser - it was $20 from Bed Bath & Beyond with my 20% off discount - I first purchased a cheap regular scale hated it and I never used it with this i can use my serving plate and measure - very easy and good size - but really needed

I suffer from this also - what I do is on the weekends I work out to burn at lease 500 or more, I limit my food intake and I usully will drink merlot and I know the calorie count for that where I go wrong it the Hennessy...... but I don't do mixed drinks and no beer the next day I consume at least a gallon or more of water…

You should invest in a heart rate monitor - it will be one of the best things you have ever purchased. You will have a more accurate count of calories burned - you will love it btw - when I do the 30DS I burn 210-230 calories......in the meantime I would do circuit training

Go with your hrm it's a better reading because it has your age, weight, height, sex and it reads your heart rate - I know I felt this way too my treadmill will give me 586 cal burn to my hrm 430 of course I would prefer the treadmill so I can eat more but I go with the hrm - this may explain why I'm losing slow - eating…

I would invest in a heart rate monitor - I just got mine and the 30ds - I was a little suprised when it said I ONLY burned 210 calories but it truer that MFP and I need closet to the true number.....

for me as well, I usually only recored my weigh-in twice a month but I have this crazy habit of jumping on the scale every day - I can't help it either but there will come a day where I stop!!!!! Just not know:laugh:

I suffer from this too and I may not be much of help but what I do is workout extra hard on the weekends and eat back all my exercise calories - may not be the best but for now it's working.....

yup....I opted for a weave - but before I wore a ponytail because I usually workout in the am before work - but I think the weave fixed this problem for now......
