At work at Newark Airport - Yup felt both rumbles and watched things fall off the shelves then I grabbed and headed for the stairs - they evacuated the airport - I thought that meant I could go home but NO...... stay and do more work - like I can think - I feel dizzy.......

I love this one fat2fitradio.com - they have a blog and a podcast that I listen to while on the treadmill or in the car - I love these guys - they lost weight the regular old way - working out and caloric deficit

What I usually do is workout hard the day of - remember it's what you eat and burn in a 24 hour period - Do log in but work out so you can have ALL those extra calories to consume....Happy Bday!!!:smile:

honestly it's really not that bad and I used to load it with veggies - spinach, olives, onions, peppers - turned it into a gourment meal......

I think it helps as a support system as well - so put up a post and get yourself some friends - It really helps on those bad days or when you have a simple questions and even when someone says "Great Job"!!! I didn't realize how much it helped you can add me as a friend - I also make my diary public - keeps me accountable
