I have issues with those too and eat a banana almost every morning before my morning workout. Easy on the stomach pre-work and high potassium for the leg cramps (which have decreased significantly over time with the banana eating). Good to know it has all those other benefits too. Thanks alipene.

There are other exercises besides walking. Maybe look into yoga - home program, adult school at a local high school, yoga center, exercise channel on tv, video from the library. Skip the noodles and rice. Stick with vegetables and meat/fish/shrimp or tofu (they usually have it even if it isn't on the menu). Bring a lot home. Do some extra exercise today and tomorrow. Eat lighter rest of today and tomorrow to even out the calorie splurge. Finally, relax and live a little. It is a party.
