As others wrote, I don't keep it on me when I work out so I don't double count those calories. Besides, once you enter your exercise seperately the PACER calories adjustment goes to zero or negative depending on your settings with Pacer. I really like it for motivating me to get in steps but as a calories burned counter it…

Well, there is the obvious - breast reduction surgery. If medically needed - to allevite pain, spinal issues - might be covered by your medical insurance. We expect my older daughter will have that surgery in the future (I thought she was a 32 GGG but wife said nope - her cup size is bigger than that).

I have had them for decades. Been much better the past few years with Yoga and increased potassium: a banana a day helps keep leg cramps away.
-
Similar to a 12 step program (or so I am told never having gone through one): Focus on 1 day at a time. Justfocus on today. I also find it motivating for me to use visualization techniques. Take a minute in the morning: close your eyes and think about how you will feel at the end of the day, how will your body feel, how…

I have both almost every day. The bananas especially for the potassium and they are a great pre-workout snack as the natural sugars in bananas supposedly convert to fuel and give you energy for the workout and burn up quickly. Just what I heard - I didn't research it and you know how reliable some of this stuff can be -…

Loved the workouts but they are incredibly intense. I was in decent shape before starting. Ended up being a major contributor to my getting plantar fasiitis (heel pain due to severely strained muscles in the arch of the foot). Got it in September and had my first pain free mornings this week. I am thinking of doing T25 and…

4 hours of shoveling wet, heavy snow (and 15 minutes yoga to stretch beforehand).

Walking. Get some thermal underwear or under armor type stuff and just do it. (not being sarcastic). Yoga maybe just skip poses that cause you discomfort. Handweights and do light weight curls and presses for some upper body work but obviously stop if stomach discomfort.
-
I like the Wii My Fitness Trainer program which includes Yoga. You can set work out length in 15 minutes increments from 15 minutes to 75 minutes and you can adjust difficulty as you go. It also has tutorials that you can click on for positions you haven't done before or just want to be guided through again.

Hand raised but not a holiday for me.

I did, but i belong to the Chinese food and a movie sect of Druids.

Must be working for you. You look as thin as a stick.

Wow! I am from 1/3/13. Missed logging on and recording food only 1 day when I was too ill to get to the computer.

Same questions as jimmmer. I did Insanity and yes it is tough and high impact. I have heard T25 also by Shaun t is lower impact.
-
I did it and finished it. Loved it. Definitely toned up, increased speed and significantly increased endurance. It can be very hard on knees, though I did not have an issue with that. I think it contributed to my developing plantar fasciitis (severly strained muscles in the arch of your feet causing pain in the heels) and…

My daughter sat next to a woman who ate soup, dumplings and chicken during a movie.

Why not just eat the banana - no dishes, no prep time, fewer calories, healthier and tastes better too.

1. Don't tense up. Land soft with some give/flex in your knees. Shaun T keeps telling you to land soft and you really need to or you will kill your knees and feet. 2. Pay attention to form! Go slower but keep your form. 3. You definitely need good crosstrainingsneakers. Go get fitted and look for a shoe with more padding.…

Wise words. Communication and where S/O and you are coming from are the keys.
-
You are 22 years old and looks like you are trying to become healthier and as part of that lose weight. You are still young and I assume your S/O is about the same age: you have much to learn grasshopper (as do we all). Have you talked to S/O about this? Is he/she aware of your efforts? Is he/she being supportive? Is this…

Still here and still trucking (or more like plodding) through Insanity Month 2. It is brutal but great. I have had low back pain after some of the workouts so I have been spacing them out with Yoga and other stuff in between to recover. Completed Week 2 on Saturday. Took 26 days to do the 1st 14 days of month 2. With…

False; log everything and hate junk food. TNP has a dog.

Man card revoked.

I am in month 2. Keep going it is worth it, and pay attention to form. Defintely eat high protein after. My recovery drink: chocolate milk with whey - high protein and close to the recommended proein/carb percentages recommended for faster absorption of the protein. I would recommend not doing it first thing in the morning…

break out of the "breakfast food" for breakfast mold. I like leftovers from last nights dinner: chicken parm, grilled chicken, steak, chinese food. Eat high protein low carb foods you like. My usual breakfast: vegetarian chicken patty with hard boiled egg or scrambled egg whites, 1/4 avocado all on a bed of lightly sauteed…
