    Today's workout is Jamie Eason Livefit trainer, day 39. That would be arms, abs and 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical trainer.

    I did the stairs... went from the 11th floor, down to the basement, up to the 19th floor and back down to the 10th floor.
    Twice.

    Not much today, but I try to do the stairs twice each day at a minimum. Plus I park about ten mins from work and jog/walk to and from.

    Rode my spin bike 45 at a hard pace with sprints and followed that up with 30 min of upper body weights. I may do more later after dinner.
