    Small group training at the gym today. We do interval training and there are usually 3-6 of us and one trainer. I never know what we are doing until I get there but I always leave sweaty and exhausted!

    This morning I used the Arc Trainer at my gym and tonight when I get home, I'm going to go for a run since it's still nice outside at night and not the morning :)

    Ab lab which is 15 minutes of straight ab workouts non stop and Metabolic Effect for 30 minutes. Metabolic Effect is a mixture of Cardio and strength training in one!

    10 minutes running up and down 8 flights of stair, followed by 20 minutes crunches, lunges, squats, planks, pushup, most while using 5-8# weights.

    Well since I've found my Billy Blanks Boot Camp DVD that I thought was lost in the move, I've been doing a varietiy of these kickboxing techniques & for a lil' bit of weight I'll throw in Jillian Michaels 30 DS lvl 2. 5 days a week.

    Usual MWF stuff

    5k run on treadmill (Fridays is elliptical day)
    10k on bike
    20 minutes on stair master (usually intervals)

    1 hour on weights (various)

    (Normally about two hours)

    today only, since I had an appt. in the same building I had another half hour to kill so I did that at a walk.

    Works for me but I'm glad when I'm done. LOL.
