    80 minute bike ride up and down hills. 47 minutes out (mostly up hill) and 33 minutes back. Even though I don't count calorie burn for exercise I love to see the HRM numbers just to see my HR for various exercises. My average HR for the ride was 132 and peak HR was 175.

    It was BEAUTIFUL out. :smile:

    I didn't die! My ipod did, though, so I don't know how long I jogged or walked for after the first 4 minutes. I walked for one minute, jogged for 2 1/2, but by then I was going uphill, so I started walking so I didn't wear myself out too early. That's when my ipod died. Total of 0:15:52.

    I mowed for over an hour, weeded part of my garden, cultivated beans, picked beans, winterized my pool deck area and then walked 2 miles. :)
