    Didn't get to do C25K last night because I got out of work too late, so I'm swapping my rest day for Sunday and I'll do it then. Today is LEG DAY!!!! :love:

    25 minutes on the eliptical
    20 minutes on the treadmill with 2 lbs weights.

    Walked through my new weightlifting routine with my trainer(did one set today as opposed to the 3 that I will be doing).

    Yesterday I walked for about 40 minutes. Tonight I'm doing C25K.

    Just a walk around the block. Got more ink done so i drop my workouts off for a week or 2 so the tattoo heals up good.

    30 minutes elliptical, with intervals
    6 minutes rowing machine, max resistance (I'm building up to 10; a couple weeks ago I only lasted 2 minutes)
    25 minutes weight lifting (free weights and machines)

    Now I'm going out to weed and rake my front yard. That's gonna take awhile.

    Oops! Monday was chest/shoulders/triceps, yesterday was supposed to be C25K, but a thunderstorm blew that plan, and I ended up doing a short HIIT workout. Tonight is back and biceps, and probably a few minutes on the arc trainer.

    Squats, Bench press, Row cable machine (only because I had no room in the free weight area to do Barbell rows :grumble: )

    I did 40 mins on the elliptical, changing resistance throughout.
    I also did some circuit strength training for my arms and legs, and butt, and that was about 15-20mins total.

    Supposed to be leg day, but I'm not sure that's going to happen because I won't have access to weights, so I might do C25K today, then legs tomorrow, and C25K again on Sunday to make up for not doing it yesterday.

  • 2hrs of classes (learning new stuff for a show, I'm seizing up already from the effort) then another 40mins when I got home, plus 15mins of stretching.

    Exactly the same for tomorrow, then a 6hr rehearsal on Sunday... :/

    AM row on the water (16k), AM 2 - core strength, PM - erg (14k), PM 2 - heavy lifts

    Oh... and some running around like a headless chicken to get my "real work" done.

    5 minute warm-up on the elliptical, then legs and abs, then 10 minutes on the elliptical at the end of the workout.

    Yesterday I did Diamond Cutter 50 minute workout from the DDP Yoga exercise series.

    Today I will do Red Hot Core 15 minute workout from DDP Yoga as well as mowing my lawn!

    I absolutely LOVE the DDP Yoga series! I have bad joints so I love how I can make my own resistance by contracting my muscles during yoga moves add the cardio to jack up the heart rate to burn calories while standing still!
