    7 rft: 7 front squats 55# and 7 chest to bar = 15 min. It was tough for me today... I felt whimpy today.

    10 min of double unders.

    Couch to 5K Week 1 Day 3, 15 minutes on the Eliptical; Tomorrow 60 minutes of kettlebell/crossfit 60 minutes of yoga. Took it easy today.

    This morning I did Zumba Flat Abs (20 mins) followed by Zumba Sculpt (with weights) for 45 mins :)
    What can I say.. I love Zumba I feel like its a total workout with both cardio and strength training
