Outdoor cycling.0

45 minutes doing SL/SS...squats, deadlifts, curls and overhead press. Then 45 minutes in the pool swimming a bit over a mile.0

Group Power class .. 60 min of working out with a barbell and loose weights.0

Today, a 4-mile walk.
Tomorrow, a 111-mile bike ride.0 -
2.57 mile walk. Very hilly neighborhood.

Today will be either a hike in the local woods with a friend and her young daughters, or if they decide not to go with me it will be a return to the "scene of the crime" (a.k.a. the mountain that spurred me to start this change of lifestyle) to see how far I can get today.0

500 kettlebell swings in cluster sets of 10, 15, 25, 50 (5 sets), intersetted with 65 push-ups in cluster sets of 5, 7, 9 (5 sets).
Looking forward to a 75 minute power yoga session tonight.0 -
This morning a cross training class, 60 minutes, and this evening zumba 60 minutes.0

i warmed up with jump rope and KB swings. then i spent 20 min working on chin up negatives.
And finished with 5 rounds - 500m rowing, 3min rest.0 -
I did Push Circuit 2 last night. Tonight is supposed to be CLX Burn Intervals & Ab Burner, but I might take my son to see some stand-up comedians instead, because every time they've been local, I can't go. I'm sure I'll burn some calories laughing.0

Today I started my 3rd week of CLX. Today Burn Circuit 10 -
Burn Intervals today. I planned to do the ab workout as well, but ran out of time. Might squeeze in some Les Mills Combat 30 this evenin0

My workouts have consisted mainly of ab work since last Wednesday. That would be coughing, and I just found out I have bronchitis. I can't wait til I feel normal enough to get back to CLX. I'm going to have to extend it another week.

Visiting the personal trainer tonight with my husband for another go at supersets. I was exhausted after last week's session so I'm trying to get pumped up for another *kitten* kicking!0
