I like to boil 6 or so, remove the shells and throw them into a jar of pickle or pepperoncini juice to pickle them. The sodium isn't spectacular, but it is so yummy and makes the hard boiled egg slightly firmer which is more appetizing to me. Takes only a day or so to slightly pickle the egg.

I've had stomach issues with running as well. If you can, I would try eating maybe at least 3 hours earlier. High carbs are my choice. Running's not much fun when you have a bunch of food jarring around in there.

When you plug in your fruits and veggies, type in "grapes juicing", "kale juicing", etc. It will not have as many calories as just grapes alone since you are extracting the fibrous parts.

If you get a strain with a lot of cannabinoids, you're going to be raiding the kitchen and calling for pizza, but you can also get strains that have more THC and less cannabinoids. There are plenty of people that can resist the munchies and eat healthy while smoking marijuana. To each their own!

You ladies are right, you can definitely lose weight while drinking diet soda. Doing meth and having cancer can make you lose weight as well. Running and aerobics may seem like fun, but that's going to be a lot of running around! In my own experience (which is limited and doesn't apply to all) I have found that building a little muscle has improve my running times.

They are so tiny and they taste a like a hint of chemicals and cardboard. They may work for you if you are someone in a hurry and not much of a foodie, but I find fruit and nuts more satisfying.

Wow! I was overweight for most of my childhood and this really explained a lot. Thank goodness for spring break (had the time to watch this). Kind of in limbo whether this is an encouraging or discoraging documentary though!

Gave up my diet soda addiction and will agree that the stuff is poison! Haven't had to take an ibuprofen for a headache since, and I was suffering from headaches often. Way to go!!

Wow....creepy guys left and right! Positive vibes are important for adding friends. We don't want a depressed skeletor complaining about how fat she is. That isn't very conducive to weight loss, good body image or developing a healthy lifestyle.

Your weight loss is threatening to her, and I think that deep down she is afraid of losing you. She is going to need constant reassurance that you still love her regardless of her weight. Remind her that your weight loss is to better yourself and to be the best man for her.
