I buy frozen fruit, it can work out cheaper than fresh, then it use it for my smoothies, I also buy fresh fruit, but I'd never thought about freezing it before it goes bad, I'll had to do that from now on. Thank you for the tip.

I have the same problem, you've been given some great advice here, I'm going to try and increase my water intake, start taking a probiotic again and watch my fat and fibre intake. Thank you everyone.

I play badminton with a group of friends, we have such a laugh it doesn't feel like exercise.

I have protein shakes to try and up my protein, to keep within my marcos.

My reward for reaching my goal is to get my belly button peirced, but now I'm getting nearer (3lbs to go) Im starting to get scared!!

I sell my big clothes on ebay, then when they are sold I use the credit to buy smaller clothes, once I get to the size I'm happy with then I'll start treating myself to new clothes, until then it's ebay mostly or the sale racks for me.

If you dont want to drink a protein shake in front of your parents, I make up a shake and use it instead of milk on my cereal in the mornings, I also mix a scoop of protein powder with greek yogurt as a desert if my protein is low for the day, its great if you have a sweet tooth and like a desert.

I've found my main problem was portion size, I ate the right foods, just too much of them, if I got bored I ate, but again it wasn't really what I ate, but how much. I didn't do very much exercise, now I'm enjoying my trips to the gym, Pilates class, playing badminton, walking to work and my new addition kettle bell…

Sorry I don't know the answer, but I'd be interested to hear what others think. I mostly have a protein shake on the days I exercise.

I put flax seeds on my breakfast cereal in the mornings, I don't think I'll be buying any more once these are gone, as I haven't noticed any real difference.

I know I've been getting smaller because I'm dropping clothes sizes, my friends have been very complimentary, but I just couldn't see it myself, it wasn't until yesterday when I downloaded the app that let's me do the side by side photos, I actually shocked myself as to just how much weight I have lost.

I'm almost at my goal weight, but I still have a jelly belly and chunky thighs, I've been doing Pilates to try and tone up my core, I've also ordered some kettle bells and I'm going to start doing weighted workouts at home as I've heard the weights will help to tone me up.

I sold all my good clothes on ebay, then used the money to buy some new clothes, I have a smaller selection now, I'm not going mad and buying loads just in case I drop another size, that might be wishful thinking though!!

I've had a quick look at your diary, like others have said, I personally would cut out some of the bread, I find bread really bloats me out, try and watch your Marcos, eating enough carbs, protein and fat and drink plenty of water. Good luck.
