Hi , I started on 1500 calories but found I was mostly taking about 1200 so now I look for 1200 but don't stresss if I go over cos I know I'll still be losing! I Agree with this poster. Muscle is leaner than fat so if your body is developing muscle you could still be losing fat ! Check your measurements instead of yor weight and letd your body readjust ! Don't be disheartened , we all reach a plateau at some time! You'll get past it! Remember why you started your programme!…

You don't worry about it, you check your diary to see what you had and perhaps just cut down your portion size or cut out that glass of wine or that cake! We all have an occasional blip but its ok! Don't beat yourself up about it! Life is for living!
