I'm going to start 30DS again tonight. I've also started/stopped a few times. But, I really enjoy the workouts and now I need to get back into gear! :laugh: Bring on the pain! LOL!!

I'm about 5'1and I'd like to get to 130lbs. I was my happiest at that size. One day soon I hope! :D

I agree with the calorie thing. It's very frustrating!! It's so hard to find just the right balance. :sigh:

That's what I'm thinking of moving on to. P90X when I'm finished. I'm glad to hear you're getting such great results. I can't wait to get to day 30! I'm excited!! :)

I am having sort of the same problem. I get to the end of the day (after dinner but before bed) and I feel soooo hungry! I think it may be bacause my meals contain wasted calories as well. Thanks for the thread it's helping me too!! Great suggestions from everyone!

I completed only about 2 weeks of 30 day shred a few months back. I quit only because I got sick and put on bed rest. I haven't gotten back into it yet, but I plan to start again this weekend. I'm shopping HRM's too. The Polar FT4 seems to be on sale on Amazon, Ebay, and other sites for around $60. It's usually $100 plus! I haven't checked out the New Balance ones at Target yet, but I'm headed there today to see. Polar usually has all the rave reviews. $60 is a lot to spend for me, so I've been trying to shop…

Love the idea about the crock pot bags... I've been just freezing in regular freezer bags and dumping into crockpot in the morning before I leave for work. Set to low - come home and dinner is done!! It's awesome! Using the crock pot bags will be even better - less clean up! Great idea!

Hi!! Well, I'm 5'1 and some change.. And I currently weigh in at 179 lbs. :( Yep, but my goal weight currently is to get around 135 lbs. Although I'm looking to lose lbs, I'm more looking to reduce in size so my goal is to fit in 5/6 jeans. Maybe smaller if I can make it! :)
