Plan your food ahead of time. Have it all journalled at the beginning of your day and don't eat anything that isn't on your journal. Don't worry about what times of day you eat those things. You said you are VLCD. Are you doing hCG? If so, do they have you on some of the newer protocols that are 800 calories instead of 500? I'm not a T1 diabetic, but my 5yo daughter is.
