I show up in makeup everyday at the gym around noon but its because that's my lunch hour off from work and I wear makeup to work. It's always gone by the time I leave though. I sit in a chair all day and its good to get that activity makeup or not. I see that this is an old post though so just ignore :)

I am 5'2'' exactly and am shooting for 130. My build is such that I start looking ill under 130. I too feel that the BMI calculator's are unrealistic in some body types/builds. I want to look athletic, not boney :)

I like Maurices or American Eagle. They carry petite. I'm 5'2'' and those seem to fit just right.

You really don't always. Search the job online and it tells you. The only reason I know is because I was interested in that at one point and a lot of the jobs do not require it.

Mine has lasted for 4 1/2 weeks now. Boo! I am also going to the gym 4-5 hours a week, and recently added a spin class and pump and tone class while maintaining 1200-1300 calories per day. It's frustrating but hang in there!

I have been stuck in one for a couple of weeks now after losing 18 lbs. I have been reading over and over that you need to adjust your calories and your exercise routine. I have just started to adjust both as of yesterday and will let you know how it goes.

The vinegar neutralizes the acid that causes the heartburn and is a good remedy but I could never get past the taste. Pickle juice is also a good remedy and doesn't taste as bad to me! :)
