I'm finding this challenge late, but will join you guys. I am 5'4 but can't see myself lower than 120, you guys are soo tiny!! I am at 130 now...........AGAIN...........and frustrated because I was at 123 for a wedding recently and felt great! So if we know just how great slim feels, why can't we stay there????? (Labor Day weekend didn't help, either)0

Well, I'm not 5'4" I'm 5'3" but I would LOVE to join in! I just started MFP up again and definately need the motivation to keep going and stay on track. I'm in the military so most of what I have is muscle mass so weight is hard to go by, but my goal is 130 by 01 Jan 2012 or a pant size 4.

Great Job ladies. I started at 171 on the 1st down a 1 1/2 pound to 169.5! Things are going good, especially since it was a long holiday!

Weighing in a day late!! As of yesterday I had gained 2 pds (157lbs) (was it all the beer I drank over the 3 day weekend?) but as of this morning I am down another pound (156).
My usual weigh in day is Friday, so I'm not too bummed about this! Will change my ticker tomorrow morning.0 -

Ipaeplow: If you are exercising, you should definitely be getting more calories than <1000. You do not want your body to go into starvation mode. It is terrible for your body and any type of healthy weight loss.0

I always considered myself average height also but it seems that on this board 5'4 is considered shorties:)
Roller coaster week for me this week, it was TOM and i had water retention went up to 157 lbs. Today i am back down to 151.6 lbs. Yay!0 -
