I'm in too! I'm 5'4", I started at 129.4, and my goal is 125.... and I lose 2, then gain 2, then lose 2, then gain 2. I'm frustrated! A pound a week starting now is healthy and hopefully doable!!!!0

im 5'3" can i join?
currently 129lbs and target weight is 115ish. due to start protein shakes this week and will be gyming it 4 times a week but i walk everyday. 5lbs loss would be a fab present as its my birthday on the 26th!!0 -

I'm 5'4 and weigh 133. I will try hard to be at 128 by the end of September. This will be tough as my lifestyle and body seem to like to hover in the low 130's. I've gotten to 128 a couple of times but it was short lived. Maybe this will provide the inspiration I need. Success to all!!!0

I'm in, Shorty McShortypantses! I love that as I'm reading all the responses to this post I'm seeing that even tho we're all 5'4" ish we're all different sizes and have different goals.
That just goes to show you that fit and healthy has a different meaning for each of us, and we're all beautiful.
