Make sure you eat enough each day, your body needs the nutrition and energy to burn in your workouts. The only way you will gain weight is if you go over your daily calorie intake. Your body needs food and they say you lose weight by eating so make sure you feed your body.

Try taking some type of class. I absolutely love doing boxing, it's a great cardio workout plus builds the muscle in your arms and legs. It's totally up to you but I think as far as making sure you give your body enough of what it needs you should try and eat some back. I would make it so that you are at least back to your 1500 calorie goal. I don't know about you but the more I exercise the more I want to eat! ;)

Like most others will tell you, go for a Polar. I have an FT4 and spent about $70 on it and it was so worth it! That is the most accurate way to track how many calories you burn.

If you feel the urge to snack, grab some popcorn - I buy the 100 calorie bags and that's enough for me. Or grab some fruit. You can still have a little snack, just make sure it's not high in calories and try grabbing something healthy.
