It's not uncommon to gain up to 5 lbs in one day so don't beat yourself up about it. Weigh yourself once a week only! Don't let the weight fluctuations discourage you.

It's tough, just give your body time to adjust to the eating better and exercising. Losing weight slowly is better than losing it faster. Just keep doing what you are doing and be patient. I am in the same boat as you. I drive 45-50 minutes to work every day and I sit at a desk all day. Are you at a job where you would be allowed to sit on those giant exercise balls? Congratulations on all of the hard work you have put into becoming healthy! We may love the old foods we used to eat but I think we love being healthier and feeling great about ourselves more. I wouldn't go back to where I was for anything.

And sugar! My trainer suggests that I don't eat anything over 6 grams of sugar per serving, unless it's fruit because that's a natural sugar.

I don't have anything new to add - I am in agreement that if you feel sluggish then you should eat more. You lose weight by eating so if you are hungry and feel sluggish maybe grab some fruit or something that will put nourishment back into your system. #1 - anything free is amazing! #2 - I whole heartedly agree that you can eat that "bad" stuff but only every once in a while! I don't know about anyone else but when I go back to eat some of the foods I used to, they just don't taste nearly as good as I remember them tasting.

Never heard of it but I have tried WW online and the JM site, both of which you have to pay for, and MFP is BY FAR the best site that I have used. Even if this cost $5 a month I would happily pay it! Shhhh, just don't tell *them*....

I don't want to say ALL but there are plenty of women that I find attractive. Absolutely nothing wrong with it, you just notice when someone is beautiful or has a great body or a great personality.

People who don't have large boobs don't understand how frustrating it is to have them. It's difficult and more expensive for bras, they get in the way, etc... it's super frustrating. Thank you to everyone for their comments - I will definitely be looking up your suggestions!!

I'm glad you said that because finding the 34 is the hardest part. It's super easy to find a 36 which is what I used to be but now that I've lost a few inches it is so hard to find a great bra. Right now my boobs are spilling over in the middle and it looks awful :(

I am always going over on my sugar and my personal trainer said that we ignore any sugar coming from fruits because it is natural. You want to stay away from foods that have sugar added into them.
