When I started I could only do 3 pushups...I guess one thing to add, I did the real pushups too!

I have a heart rate monitor and when I walk pushing a stroller I have a much bigger burn than just walking alone...can't remember the difference (of course that's different for everybody anyway). It is a big difference though.

I've been doing it for a while. I am also doing the 200 squat challenge along with it. I started out barely able to do 5 male pushups. I've done the shred a few different times. One of the times I did it, I only did every other day as well. I still exercised on the other days, just not as hard. For example I would go for a walk or do yoga. Hope this helps!

I have to do something different just so I don't get bored. I do turbojam, 30 day shred, running, and yoga. I vary it by what I feel like doing.

I am soooo glad that you posted this. I've been thinking about posting something similar, but wasn't sure how to say it tactfully! I am in the same boat! I have issues when I sneeze, run, exercise....any of that. I have no words of advice, just that I suffer right along with you. Hope you don't mind if I friend you.:)

when I'm baking and a recipe calls for oil I use applesauce instead. It has no calories and adds a serving of fruit to the mix!

I've heard to stretch after your workout. Before you should just do some warmups to get the blood flowing...just what I've heard.

I use 3 and 5 pound weights. I don't have any before and after pics, but I lost 10 inches doing it!...that's all over my body

I would continue staying active and eating well. Make sure to take your prenatal vitamins and plenty of folic acid. Your body can benefit from them now and they will be in your system when you do get pregnant.

I've had a tough week too, it's amazing how bad my body feels when I eat like I did this weeks. I feel tired, slow and lethargic.
