I had the same thing, but it was on my back and from doing turbo jam. I went to the doctor because I was in so much pain. I had pulled a muscle. It took a few weeks for my back to feel better. One of the exercises that felt really good was doing yoga. All the stretching helped a ton.

Yes, you need weights. I use 3 and 5 pounds. Yes there is a ton of jumping, but I did it while I lived in an apartment. I just did it during the day when your neighbors should be awake. You will have plenty of room, it doesn't require a ton of space. If you have room to lay on the floor you should be fine.

Sometimes our eyes are bigger than our stomach....MFP helps keep things in check.

Yes, but I've been doing only 3 of them a week. I've done the shred twice before. 3rd time around and level 3 isn't so bad.

I did 30 day shred this morning...6:15am. Yawn. It was day 5 of level 3 and I burned 245 calories!

if it is too easy, you could always add more weight!

My starting weight for February was 141. My ending weight is 139. My goal was to hit 135...didn't happen, but at least I'm not in the 40's anymore!

when I do the firm my HRM says I burn around 430 calories. I know it all depends on your build also, maybe that will help.

still only lost 1.5 pounds. I wanted to get down to 135 for Feb, don't think its going to happen. I'm a bit frustrated right now....

I feel the same. I've been on here for 50 days and have lost only 6 pounds and a few inches. I know it 's progress, but it's frustratingly slow!!

you definitely don't burn as many calories as working out on a machine, but it is fun

I know you have a goal to lose weight, but do you really need to lose weight? You are at a great level for your BMI.

I had been putting it under circuit training until I got a HRM. My HRM has me burning almost 100 more calories!!
