I personally love the Special K multigrain crackers with some light laughing cow cheese or a slice of ultra thin pepper jack cheese. Today though I can not stop eating peanut butter cheerios...YUM!

All kinds of grilled stuff! Also, I make everything I used to make, I just add a salad with Italian dressing. Chicken tacos, BBQ chicken in the crockpot.

Age: 33 SW: 163 GW: 135 CW: 145 Calories set at 1200, I come very close to this number every day. I usually eat some of exercise calories back, definitly not all of them. I've lost almost 20lbs so I feel like it's working. It has taken me since the middle of January to lose 20lbs, but I'm happy!

What really helped me was coming to log my food before I ate it. Then I could see the carbs and calories. My jaw would drop at some of the foods, then I would think "I just busted my butt on that workout, do I realllllly want to ruin it for ice cream?" Then I grab a container of yogurt :)
