  • It could be the time of the month...water...your body fluctuates...just keep being good and don't quit. If you only have 10 lbs to lose and you've lost 4 already its going to go much slower, which is better because it will be permanent. Think about this as a life change not a diet. If its too hard then make it more do-able…

  • Such a good idea :) except my camper is teeeny...and I think I would feel funny doing exercise videos outside LOL!! But you do have a point I would love and elyptical - but the home version ones...they all have iffy reviews...no room for a full sizer (plus pricey) checking craigslist - Thanks :)
  • To Bizco...leg lifts aren't strength training either...and yes you type in Strength training under "cardio" to get the calories. I'm sorry but I know for a fact that I burn calories and I understand why she would want to get some credit for that...otherwise you may end up eating too few calories!
  • I stopped losing wieght, I switched my diet more protein less carbs - no sugar, and it jump started things for me :)
  • They also have "calisthenics" in there...I think thats worth more calories :wink:
